Customized Support
I have used Bureau Works for more than 2 years. When it comes to Functionality, I think it should be improved comparing to other major platforms, but I always appreciate their super-speedy customized response to my inquiries. I believe Customer support only is worth it. I hope Bureau Works makes significant progress, especially for Functionality, and will be one of the best platforms in the industry

Hello @Demaison Gaston, not I do not mean to criticize anything, but since I also use other platforms such as Phrase on a regular basis, if some functions such as ability to create term base (in addition to administrator) and to do some edits while those relevant segments can be opened and later (after edits) those segments can be saved (without edits made being disabled), improve, Bureau Works would be definitely first choice for me.
