Rodrigo DemetrioPinned2 Oct·📣 Product UpdatesThe new wxrks is live. What do you think?Hi everyone. Today we launched a new design for wxrks. It is our first big redesign since 2022. If you translate in wxrks every day, you will notice it first in the editor. Here is a quick tour. At the end, we have a question for you. (Want the full story, with every before and after? Read the full release on our website .) The editor The editor is where you spend most of your day, so it got the most care. You can see where each suggestion comes from. Translation memory, machine translation, and the glossary each have their own soft color. The color tells you the source, not the quality. Deciding if a suggestion is good is still your call. Apply and Confirm are separate. Apply puts the text in the segment. Confirm is your decision about it. Smells, Sous-Chef, and your glossary and memory matches sit right under the segment, where you need them. Here is the editor before and after the redesign. Your projects The project list is calmer too. The project name comes first. Status is a word, like Pending or Approved, instead of a bright yellow block. The progress bar turns green only when the work is done. And the project list before and after. Why we changed it The old design served us for four years. But every year we added more to it. Smells, Sous-Chef, alternative translations, continuous projects, and much more. Each new feature made the screen a little busier. We wanted your translation to be the first thing you see. So we studied tools many of you already use, like Notion, Claude, and Linear. They all keep your work in the middle and move everything else out of the way. Nothing is gone Your projects, translation memories, glossaries, and settings are all where you left them. Only the look changed. Tell us what you think This is where we need you. Leave a comment below and tell us: What do you like? What feels strange, or harder than before? Is there anything you cannot find? If something is not working the way it should, tell us here or in the chat inside wxrks. We read every comment. Want the full story, with every before and after? What holds this entire localization industry together? The answer: Localization Managers. The title and position change a bit from company to company, but they are the ones putting humans in the loop and fighting every day to show how important it is to use, for example, a translation memory, an updated glossary, and an expert reviewer. But proving why we MUST NOT abandon localization best practices, but instead let them coexist with what we have today, demands strategy. And hearing from Elitza Dublewa-Servatius, who has walked this path in a corporation as big as Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, could save you months of figuring it out on your own. Join us at LocWorld Vancouver and let's talk about how we can keep putting humans at the center of localization, together.Vimeo

Rodrigo Demetrio7 Oct·🎙️ What's LatestOur September product updateLike and comment on LinkedIn → https://linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:ugcPost:7513615943634366464 How can we create software ready to accommodate the constant work of agents with humans approving and giving directions? That was our primary question when redesigning our platform. We asked some clients and friends how they are using software today with AI, and many of them pay for subscriptions to their CRM, email marketing, or translation software, but they are using it totally through MCP with Codex or Claude Code. So how do we design software with that in mind? We described our research and what we believe screens should be like in today's world better in our product update. On top of that, we also launched so many new features, like Smells, which, before pointing fingers at us and saying we did something wrong, takes our context into account. Rodrigo Demetrio29 Sep·🎙️ What's LatestAI adoption started with a pretty simple question: is the output good?We think that question is going to change. Companies want to know: - Which model made the decision, - What context it received, - which terminology it used, - what instructions shaped the result, - and how that result was checked? That’s a big part of how we’re building AI inside wxrks. Not just better outputs, but AI you can inspect, change and trace. Because eventually, “is this good?” won’t be enough. You’ll also need to answer: “Can you show me how you got there?” Watch the video: https://ideas.agents.wxrks.app/media/eyJpZGVhIjoxMTZ9.arvDew.E9NJf1jjo4X8prG4i_6tnEYr8YE/asset.mp4

Rodrigo Demetrio22 Sep·🎙️ What's LatestProduct UpdateHey everyone! A lot has changed in wxrks lately, so we put together a quick video showing some of the new things we’ve been working on. Rodrigo Demetrio22 Sep·🎙️ What's LatestAugust update videoA lot of new things in wxrks this month. wxrks now has an MCP, so you can connect it directly to the AI assistant you already use, like Claude, Cursor, Codex, and OpenCode. This means the assistant can access the terminology, translations, and context you already have inside wxrks when interacting with you. We also released Continuous Projects, which lets you keep using the same project as your content changes instead of creating a new one every time. This is especially useful for things like app and software localization, where the content is constantly being updated. We also added previews for Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign files directly in the editor, making it easier to translate while seeing the actual design and context. And one update that made us especially happy. wxrks is now among the Leaders for Translation Management Systems on G2. That only happened because our clients took the time to share their experiences and reviews, so a big thank you to everyone who did. Quite a month. Let me know what you think :) Watch the video

OIOluwadamilare Idowu12 Sep·🏆 Share your winsA Reliable Platform for Managing Translation WorkMy experience with wxrks has been positive, particularly because it provides a structured environment for handling my translation work. I appreciate having my work organized within one platform, which makes the overall workflow more straightforward and convenient. What I find most useful is the way wxrks supports my day-to-day translation process without making it unnecessarily complicated. It helps me stay organized, maintain focus on my tasks, and manage my work more efficiently. Overall, wxrks has become a practical part of my translation workflow, and I am satisfied with the experience.
JMJames Michael12 Sep·🏆 Share your winsA More Organized and Confident Translation WorkflowWxrks has made my translation workflow more organized, especially when projects involve multiple people and several stages of review. Having the work, responsibilities, and checks managed in one place makes it easier to follow progress, avoid duplicated work, and keep projects moving without unnecessary confusion. I also value the support it provides during quality review. I still rely on my own judgment as a translator, but having additional tools to help identify things I may have overlooked gives me greater confidence before delivering my work. For me, that combination of organization and quality support is what makes Wxrks particularly useful.
Monsurat Fakeyede6 Sep·🏆 Share your winsWxrks Makes It Easier to Follow Project ProgressWxrks helps me avoid delays and confusion when several people are working on the same project. It keeps the work, responsibilities, and checks in one place, so it is easier to know what has been done and what still needs attention. The main benefit is that projects move more smoothly and there is less chance of missing a step or doing the same work twice.

Rodrigo Demetrio2 Sep·🎙️ What's LatestSlatorCon SF session announcement — Fairman x CCEPGabriel is speaking at SlatorCon San Francisco this year, alongside Elitza Dublewa-Servatius from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. The session is called "Why Scaling Global Operations Across 30+ Markets Takes More than LLMs and Agents." Our argument is simple. Scaling a brand across 30+ markets takes more than model horsepower, and this is the session where we make that case, standing next to an enterprise brand that runs on it. It's Thursday, September 3, at 16:45 PDT, at The St. Regis. If you're there, come find the wxrks booth after. What's the one thing you wish an LLM understood about your market that it doesn't? Olajumoke Ologundudu1 Sep·🏆 Share your winsFlexible Workflows That Keep Projects on TrackWhat I find most helpful about wxrks is how flexible the platform is. I can set up workflows around the specific needs of a project instead of having to follow a fixed process. This makes it easier to handle different content types, review stages, and project requirements while keeping everything structured and consistent. Wxrks helps solve the challenge of managing growing localization work without adding more manual coordination. It makes it easier to manage multiple projects, languages, and workflows while keeping progress visible. This benefits us by reducing administrative work, making deadlines easier to manage, and allowing the team to focus more on the quality of the actual translations.
AAAyotomiwa Ajayi31 Aug·🏆 Share your winsWxrks Gives Me More Confidence in My Final TranslationsWhat I like most is having extra support when I review my work. I usually go through my translations myself, but having tools that help me spot things I may have missed gives me more confidence before I complete a project. For me, the biggest advantage is the extra peace of mind. I can take a second look at my work and catch small issues before sending the final version. It is especially helpful when I am working on longer projects where it is easier to overlook something.
