GREAT PLATFORM
Before Bureau Works, we were using a mix of tools to track project status, handle payments, and manage files. It was doable but always messy. Now we’ve got one place for everything. Setting up new clients and assigning vendors takes less time, and I don’t need to be copied on every single task to feel like things are on track. The vendor payment system especially has taken pressure off our admin side. Still a few things we’d like to tweak, but overall it’s been a big improvement.
