Reliable Platform, But...

Most of the time, I experience smooth and solid platform. The translation memory works pretty well, makes my works easier than before. But, sometimes, the loading time indicates there is a faulty in the server. And also, I once could not login even though everything (my internet, my browser, my account) did not have any problem. But, it is good now.
