2024 is sailing away, and 2025 is on the horizon.

This time of year always feels like a paradox.
I’m grateful for my family, for our team, and for all of you.
At the same time, I reflect on what I could’ve done better.

Gratitude and self-critique may seem worlds apart.
But when I bring them together, they create something powerful: hope.
Not dreamy, unattainable hope, but real hope.
Hope in what we’ve built and in what we can achieve together.

We all know life brings its challenges—health, relationships, work.
But community and purpose make it all worthwhile.
And you’re part of our community, you are our purpose.
You give us the strength to keep going, rain or shine.

In 2025, we hope we keep dreaming and building together.
