Not having AI doesn’t make a difference for us yet, since we work with reliable human translators for QA. BWX is super easy to use, integrates smoothly with DeepL (our favorite API atm), makes managing projects feel effortless, and their support team (even the CEO!) is incredibly responsive and helpful.

It helps a lot for being an online app, the AI functions are somewhat great, but some details could really improve. I used to work with Phrase (previously called Memsource), which boasts really great features, like: 98, 99 and 100% matches appear as suggestions in later segments (sometimes you just need to add a full stop or something like that - the app gives you an approximate suggestion, which you can accept or not); You can filter words/sentences straight in the columns (source/target) - no need to go somewhere else; It offers you suggestions of words previoulsy used (you type one or two letters, the app gives you suggestions of words that already appeared within the same project). But, in general, BWX is great, and it can improve a lot by listening to us - DAILY USERS! Cheers from Brazil, Rodrigo
