It offers a smooth workflow, clear communication tools, and a professional environment that helps users work confidently and productively.
Ravinder Singh18 Feb·🏆 Share your winsBureau Works really works wellThere is a rare kind of clarity that comes when a platform stops being a tool and starts being an environment. Bureau Works has effectively remapped my workflow, stripping away the mechanical noise so that I can focus entirely on the nuance of language, while the system handles the complexities of the architecture in the background.
Vu Quang Huy Nguyen18 Feb·🏆 Share your winsBureau Works truly stands out as a powerful and reliable platform that makes my translation workflow faster, smoother, and more efficient every day.
Rodrigo Fray Cucolo17 Feb·🏆 Share your winsOne of the best (but there's room for improvements)!Having used BWX for over a year, I can say I’m 80% satisfied with it. It helps a lot for being an online app, the AI functions are somewhat great, but some details could really improve. I used to work with Phrase (previously called Memsource), which boasts really great features, like: 98, 99 and 100% matches appear as suggestions in later segments (sometimes you just need to add a full stop or something like that - the app gives you an approximate suggestion, which you can accept or not); You can filter words/sentences straight in the columns (source/target) - no need to go somewhere else; It offers you suggestions of words previoulsy used (you type one or two letters, the app gives you suggestions of words that already appeared within the same project). But, in general, BWX is great, and it can improve a lot by listening to us - DAILY USERS! Cheers from Brazil, Rodrigo
CLColvyrl L17 Feb·🏆 Share your winsBest Tool to use as a TranslatorBureau Works truly stands out with its modern and clean interface, making navigation and overall use a pleasant experience. The AI integration is a significant time-saver; it genuinely speeds up the translation process and helps with consistency, which is invaluable for large projects. I also found it easy to track projects and monitor progress, giving a clear overview of where everything stands.
RRRicardo Romero16 Feb·🏆 Share your winsEasy Progress Tracking for Smooth Project CollaborationIt’s easy to use, and it makes it simple to track progress so I can manage projects and collaborate with colleagues. The AI quality isn’t optimal, and the interface can be challenging to use at times.
Lauren S15 Feb·🏆 Share your winsI use Bureau Works for translation and review through a client and have been really happy with the platform’s stability and performance, even with large, complex files. Rodrigo Demetrio12 Feb·🎙️ What's LatestDo you know what translation will look like in 1 year? In 5? In 10?We don’t. And the truth is, no one really does. But here’s what we do know: when you bring smart people together to debate openly, you get clarity. Not a recipe. Not a guaranteed plan. But real insights. Ideas you can use. Perspectives that help you make better decisions. That’s why we’re bringing Nimdzi and Slator together for a rare live conversation. Two of the most respected research firms in our industry. Two very different views of the same market. Nimdzi estimates the industry at around $71B. Slator puts it closer to $32B. That’s a $39B difference. And depending on which number you believe, it changes how you think about growth, investment, relevance, and survival. We’ll go beyond market size and talk about what really matters: • How agencies stay relevant from the buyer’s point of view • What to do as word rates keep falling • Whether tech spend should count as translation spend • If prompt engineering becomes a paid service • And what it would take to build a $5B LSP The future won’t be decided by one report. It will be shaped by the conversations we’re willing to have. Rodrigo Demetrio9 Feb·🎙️ What's Latest“Light review” is how most agencies try to stay competitive. What if they did this instead? What clients actually need isn’t a "light review". They need an INTENTIONAL REVIEW. Not everything in a text deserves the same attention. Some parts are noise. Some parts decide outcomes. Intentional review means focusing human effort where language actually does work: - Persuasion, trust, clarity, risk. Headlines. CTAs. Brand moments. Anything that can change how a message lands. This is where AI helps. Not by reviewing for us, but by telling us where to look. Flagging tone shifts. Surfacing intent mismatches. Pointing out the moments that deserve human judgment. That’s a fundamentally different model than “light review.” This is also where our Translation Smells are heading. As Gabriel put it: bringing the right things to our attention, then intensively editing what matters. That isn’t a light review. That’s intentional review.
