It’s about bringing humanity back to translation. Why? Because we’re under attack. Every week, there’s another research paper or flashy demo announcing the end of translators, as if human language were just another dataset waiting to be automated. As AI gets “good enough,” the human craft behind translation risks disappearing into metrics and averages. We refuse to accept that , even if, for many, it’s already the norm. Now we’ve got one place for everything. Setting up new clients and assigning vendors takes less time, and I don’t need to be copied on every single task to feel like things are on track. The vendor payment system especially has taken pressure off our admin side. Still a few things we’d like to tweak, but overall it’s been a big improvement.
